I have been working with Winston Services for about 5 years now, my recruiter Astride Victor is the most professional and caring person i have ever meet. Every time there is an opportunity for me to work, she reaches out to me in a timely fashion and asks me if i am available. she doesn't put any pressure or demands, which makes me more incline to working that shift.
