Jc penny bathroom was closed so they ask people to used the bathroom on second floor .....on the second floor and India old men security guard was guarding the door and telling people the bathroom was out serviced to go down stair at jc penny even went I inform him the bathroom where closed they guys give me a nasty look and continue telling people to go to jc penny. Even went he was already inform. What kind human those that to people with kids and old people. How hard is to say sorry miss mrs mister we apologize for the inconvenience the bathroom are out services... instead the guy was rude and nasty and unprofessional and keep on talking to the other security officer ....and keeo on telling people to go jc penny bathroom
