I have stayed at budget hotels with better quality...

I have stayed at budget hotels with better quality rooms and more amenities. While most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the host/hostess in the restaurant was very snobbish and I was made to wait 45 minutes just for a menu. It was not a surprise why.
