It is NOT that their products aren't unique and great! Their products are awesome! But the experience we had las weekend at the Los Angeles convention center Mobility Expo, was not a pleasant one... We were there because I wanted my special needs daughter to try on of their cycles, but we were never given the oportunity to ask any questions! Not one person approached us! It seemed that they were too much into the info they just got from the clipboards, that they never paid attention to us! We came by 4 times! And no one approached us with a smile and asked if we had any questions (which we had!) We went to this expo only because of their products! But in the end, we came out empty handed, as my daughter can walk! But does not have the balance needed to ride a regular bike. Maybe she looked too "normal"? And the people just assumed she didn't need Freedom Concepts products?
