Driver was terrific ! However, dispatcher gave me a false rate quote and rather then respond to my complaints , Carmel customer service ignored my complaint. Initially I was told they would look into it then never responded , even after my numerous attempts to communicate. I would not recommend this service due to the fact that if there a problem of any sort, I wouldn t trust those in business office to do right by customer.
