Visiting from Naples Florida and we thoroughly embraced Chris Delaney's well thought out magic! No salt or pepper shakers on the tables here. Seated next to the six-foot water (should be Champaign) fountain outdoors I had one of the best trout dinners in my life! Growing up in Michigan's fishing environment and have had enough fish to sprout gills, I can say nothing but Wow about this dish. I see many of the reviews posted here warn of the high prices. I've paid and had $400 meals that weren't this good! This restaurant is another asset to Portland's amazing diversity and accomplishments in the growing food industry! Bravo!!!
