After reading reviews on the hotel we decided it would be an ideal holiday destination for us on the plus side the rooms we booked a deluxe room (which was supposed to have views of the coastline) are comfortable clean and spacious the staff pleasant and helpful but, we have been allocated a room that overlooks the childrens pool and play area and with what looks like generators and above what must be a food preparation area whose smells permeate our room area so we cannot sit on the balcony due to the noise from the play area (as two adults we want peace and quiet and to be able to relax which is impossible we understand it is a child friendly hotel but some thought should have went into the placement of two adults travelling without children)and smells from the food preparation area
Breakfast this morning was awful having to queue to get a seat then having to deal with overcooked food large queues at the stations and not enough room for the guests to enjoy a leisurely breakfast.Breakfast was left unfinished and with us both being hugely disappointed in the food standards
We were under the impression that the there was 2 pool areas 1 for children 1 for adults but that is not the case so you are unable to relax at the pool area due to the amount of children in the main pool.
The hotel is ideal for families which is what is catered for unfortunately we do not believe this hotel is suitable for guests without children
We are unable to appreciate any views as we cannot sit out on the balcony due to the above reasons
We do not normally complain or post reviews but these issues have greatly impacted on our holiday enjoyment
