Very friendly staff , Tim and Tony took the time to show me and explain everything on the outboard. Turns out i had major engine damage, they got it covered under my extened warrarty, No questions ask. I have never been to a marina that ask me when my next tournament was. (how soon i needed my boat back) It was always drop it off and we will look at it in 4 to 5 weeks. I was back on the water in no time. Excellent customer service. Many thanks Tim.
