Glenn was very informative, always answered all my questions/concerns via email immediately or within the hour, almost always answered his phone or would call back immediately or within 30 minutes, was positive and encouraging, we never felt pushed or pressured. He was honest and realistic with us and when we had buyers for our home drop out last minute, he worked faster once we found new buyers so we wouldn't lose out on the home we wanted to purchase.
