November 2016 visit - Our first visit was gorgeous! Garden was open and flowers were blooming.

February 2019 visit - Took the shuttle bus up, then took the tram down. Garden was closed due to no flowers. There are other arts to look at in the museums if interested. Parking free for first hour, $15 fixed price after that.
