Horrible Service Experience should be zero stars! First experience, Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for oil change and maintenance in the morning. As the day was coming to an end, I gave them a call because no one has contacted me yet. I came to the dealership and they told me it is not ready! I ended up with no car for the night. I understood maybe it is a one off.

Second Experience, Brought my car in for a whirring sound and some other issues. They took my car and the had it for almost 3 months and had to pay over 3K for rental! They could not figure out what was wrong with the car until the 3rd month! They did not communicate when they will be giving back my car for most of the time. We had to contact them consistently for the updates or when it will be fixed. They will give us an approximate day but when the day came it is still not fixed! No one even bothered to let us know that it is still not fixed and this happened in the span of 3 months!

Worse part is, when I picked up the car there was not even a single apology or any remorse. No explanation on what was the issue with my car or anything! They did not even clean the inside of the car! One of the issues that I brought the car for service was there was ash on the dashboard. When I got the car there were still some ashes on it. I came back and asked them why is there is still ash and what is causing it and they said There is still some ash inside your car other than the dashboard, it must be that and this was the service expert Gunther who was telling me this.

Strongly suggest to avoid this service dealership as they do not care for their customers or know what they do. Hopefully, this experience does not happen to you.
