Customer Service and Warranty is non-existent!

I submitted the claim on May 28th, 2019 regarding malfunction of my current phone (LG G6+). The Second Year Warranty Department (the LG vendor) indicated that they don't have a replacement phone in stock.

There was no ETA on when the replacement phone will be available, or the replacement / repair would occur.. It's been 10 days without a functioning phone - still not ETA. No communication.

The experience has been frustrating to say the least, and I am currently without a functioning phone. This experience has left me with not wanting to purchase or recommend a LG product in the future.
