They don't deserve a star from me, never have I been treated so rudely. My family and I were trying to take Family Christmas pictures and the only way for me to do that is to use my tripod, well I got told that I needed a photo pass since it "looked professional" and I explained to the gentleman that in not publishing the photos. I know better than to do so without getting permission first. I was under the impression that this hotel was a Colorado landmark and open to the public. Guess not. So if your family is wanting to take nice pictures, I would suggest you go elsewhere.
