I have two complaints about Sunnyside:

1. A nurse came in with her mask on, left to get vaccinations, and returned with her mask below her chin. We mentioned this to the pediatrician, who then told the nurse. The nurse came to our room and was very angry. This was exceptionally poor customer service. While leaving, I mentioned that exhaustion is expected, but getting defensive and combative about an observation is unprofessional. Two pediatricians and two nurses refused to acknowledge or apologize for the mistake or the bad behavior that followed.

2. We track our baby's development very closely. On our last visit to Sunnyside, the nurse said that our baby's growth percentile was very low compared to the past visits. The pediatrician "double checked," and confirmed the measurement. Our current pediatrician analyzed all of the data from our growth chart since birth, and has confirmed that they were wrong. The measurement was off by over 30%.

A healthcare provider who is unapologetic about wearing masks, refuses to accept their own mistakes on a child's growth chart, and is extremely rude is not a healthcare provider I would recommend to anyone for their precious child.
