Poor experience, social services lady has a horrible attitude. Our loved ones phone went missing and was turned off within moments of her passing. The social services administrator was charged to help us locate it and she looked at us sideways and called us rude for refusing to leave until it was found as we needed to contact distant friends of the deceased.
