Is it possible to bring charges on property owners...

Is it possible to bring charges on property owners or property management companies for hiring such an unethical, abusive company to work for them. Seems like an extremely high liability problem to be associated with Nathan Nuno and his Kase Parking Enforcement Company. Please consider treating your residents respectfully and LISTEN when there are SO MANY COMPLAINTS against a company you employ.

"My problem" as you called it, was more a plea with your company to please "actively listen" to your residents about the company, "your company employs". Not trying to "get even". Your "defense mode" impedes your ability to be proactive in a situation that clearly needs quick action. Investigate the people you hire, they can be a liability to you.
