I enrolled and paid half of my tuition back in June 2020 for the short course I was aiming (29k php). Then my dad got serious sickness and I really need to withdraw my application and refund to help my family and since the class is not even started yet. So I requested for withdrawal and refund.

They kept on telling me that they are busy and pandemic this and that and on every follow up for nearly two months they either ghosted me or answered my query in very vague and generic tone.

They did not even inform me about the process of refund since the day 1 I was asking. I told them that I would report to Dep Ed if they keep on ignoring me and ghosting me. Then they started replying to me and formally accepted my request and was told that the process of refund is 30-60 days.

That means I have to wait again for 2 months (after being neglected for 2 months). It is now officially 30 days and I still have to wait for one more month. Do not join this school. It's a scam.

Shame, really, I was really going to quit my job and join their diploma school if the short course that I originally applied for goes well. It crushed my dream for them to treat me like this. They are not taking care of their customer while I was dreaming to become their student.

Definitely once I bounce back on my finance, I will join other school instead.

Ladies and gents, think twice before you enroll in any of their program. They will crush your dream like they did to mine.
