Simon and Seafort's is a very famous restaurant in Anchorage, but it is open in an office building and there are no obvious signs outside, so it is not very easy to find. It is recommended to check the map before eating here, so that you can't find it when you get it. Also because Simon and Seafort's are quite famous, when we go to the meal, all of them are already full, and we have to wait for half an hour to have a location, so I suggest you book a place before you go.

The restaurant is located by the sea, so sitting by the window can see the scenery of the seaside. Unfortunately, I think the seaside of Anchorage is not beautiful, but it makes me feel dirty.

The steak here is not unpalatable, but it is not very good. However, the tableware for dining here is not specially wrapped in a towel, or placed on a clean paper towel, and the table is not covered with a table towel. The tableware is placed directly on the table and feels low. When I finally left, I used a small card to replace the fortune cookies used in cheap restaurants outside. I think this design is quite good.
