I had a great experience working with Jenna at Benjamin Apartments. While I ultimately found an apartment through someone else, Jenna was a really excellent agent. She was communicative without being overbearing, always followed up on my requests, and provided good insight on apartments based on what she knew I was hoping for. Working with her was one of the few good apartment searching experiences I've had in the Boston area.
