I hate to leave a bad review here. I love the concerts here and the drinks are always good. Unfortunately, when I asked about ADA seating at multiple superarte events years apart, each time I was told I would have to pay an additional fee of $200+ for reserved seating. No ADA seating was available before or during the shows. I asked multiple employees and even called ahead before purchasing tickets.
Other than that, the concerts are live as can be, the drinks are great, and sometimes there's even pizza being sold by the slice (if not you can get the whole pizza outside). The customer service is adequate but not much to speak of, although the staff is friendly and handicapped friendly.
There are not bad areas to stand and watch the show in the house. There are two stages and plenty of bathroom stalls. Security is tough without being rude, which makes you feel a bit safer.
Its surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy yourself before and after.
I never want this place to leave, just wish it was handicap friendly. I watched other handicapped guests also struggling, although I saw that they were striving to enjoy the shows. I fell like the venue counts on your desire to have a good time so that you will overlook their short comings. Please step up your game.
