I had a terrible experience getting a hold of them...

I had a terrible experience getting a hold of them. They rarely answer the phone or return calls or emails. I had to finally go into their office after I was unsuccessful getting ahold of them which i wanted to avoid because I have small children. They were very rude when I came in and where even rude to my kids.
