Recent slow or lack of internet has been a problem. Called the front desk and got Amanda. Conversations with her never go well. Please, someone needs to remove her from answering calls. She tries to explain the problem but only makes the problem worse. She tells me that because the kids are out for the summer it is creating issues. I told her I did not care about that. I pay for internet and I want internet. She continues to talk to me like I am a child and then tells me how much internet I have used in the past month as if I should not be complaining. I told her how much internet I use is none of her business. She continues to argue and then finally transfers me to Micky. Thank goodness, what a nice person. He explains the situation. and makes sure I understand and then apologizes. Hopefully someone will take care of this.
