Horrible!!!!!! All I asked the lady Service rep was: "What type of solvent/cement Van Stry uses to create fixtures and items made out of acrylic. Boy was she concerned about me buying 100's of peices of acrylic peices and fixtures at the local Macy's liquidation and fixture sale. She never answered my question even after I informed her that the Purchasing Dept at Macy's provide me with their number and stated my answer could be obtained by the company who makes the fixtures for Macy's. Did she care? No! So I asked for a higher up and that didn't go well either! I never experienced a company that manufactures items they make out of a certain material but have not a clue what they use to manufacture it. Plain and simple: She was not pleased that the company was not aware that Macy's was closing some of its stores nationwide, and that part of the liquidation included items made by Van Stry. Well, Macy's owned it after they ordered it from you, so what's your beef? After all, I told you I bought the peices of acrylic for a project at a local church. So, eventhough she didn't provide me with the bonding solvent/cement Van Stry uses to create small fixtures from acrylic, I found out anyways!!!!!! One star is really gift. Your pfofessionalism and customer service skills suck!!
