I have shopped here for the past 15 yrs and I have bought warranty but have been fortunate enough to never use it. I recently had to make 3 claims and ALL claims were declined.
1st claim- Zipper broke on couch. Declined they dont fix zippers
2nd claim- sectional had a stain I couldnt remove. Declined because I didnt know who did the stain and I had to be the one that made the stain
3rd claim- Pet peed on rug 2 times and couldnt get smell out. I was specifically told by the salesperson that pet stains were covered! However only ONE pet stain is covered not 2. (even though happened within 2 day time window)
I cannot believe the low level of customer service.
Lesson learned, never shop at Haynes and never buy warranty at Haynes. Nothing is covered. My mistake, I should of read the fine print I guess
