Awful. Their service was sold to me by Sekure Merchants out of NY.
The salesman flat out lied to me, most significantly that the service could be cancelled at any time with no penalty(3 yr, massive penalty).
I never received the card processing equipment. I cancelled the contract with Sekure Merchants prior to anything transpiring. They indicated no problem in cancelling. 5 months later I'm contacted by North American Bancard(NAB)saying I am in breach of contract and owe them a $$$. I explained that the contract was cancelled and they referred me back to Sekure. Sekure referred me back to NAB. I called and explained the situation but nothing changed. I wrote them twice asking for a call to resolve the situation but heard nothing back.

I just got turned into collections.

I have no Idea if they are a good card processor or not having never received equipment to try them. Their biggest fault is contracting with Sekure Merchants and the fact that have no problem resolution process.
