A catastrophically unfriendly waiter (only the older, young two are pleasant). I order a small cappuccino in a glass - not knowing what I would like, even though I get it in almost every suburban bar - O.K., then in a cup. The other guy brings a plain cappuccino, I remark that I asked for a little one ... the older one cries out, he knows I said a big cappuccino in a 2 dcl glass ??? Hello? Obviously not a little listens to what clients are ordering, so I don't lose track of my behavior. Does the owner of the shop have an explanation for such unprofessional staff behavior?
