Sears has the worst customer service in the world....

Sears has the worst customer service in the world. Not only do I end up talking to someone in another country who barely speak English, I also experienced damage to my kitchen due to a technician who came to my home to install a brand new washer/dryer that I purchased from Sears. I have called every single number imaginable, to try to speak to someone in the corporate office. All i get is the run around, and needless to say I have yet been able to speak to someone in corporate, yet alone someone who speaks in English. I now have a washer and dryer that I cannot use, water damage to the entire ceiling of my kitchen, am not able to use the lights in my kItchen due to the water damage in the light sockets!!! Seriously!!!! When will this hell end?? I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THIS WOULDN'T POST UNLESS I CHOSE AT LEAST ONE STAR!! ANY ATTORNEYS OUT THERE THAT WILL TAKE MY CASE?
