For the past three years I ve had the same issues ...

For the past three years I ve had the same issues with this org. They Randomly cancel appointments for abortions last minute, very unprofessional staff in general.
It was nice to see an organization seemingly based on good principles but they have continuously failed and disappointed me and many others throughout the past two years specifically, with rude staff, unexpected cancellations, zero courtesy, defensiveness and condescending tones. They re disgusting.
As a woman coming to them during a vulnerable time, I was left feeling helpless. And I have had a close friend experience the exact same.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this group.
