The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are extraordinary. They go above and beyond to see to your comfort. Our room has plenty of space with all of the luxuries you could possibly want in a hotel. The gym and pool are both in great condition while the locker rooms offer private health club-like benefits. (Showers, hair ties, lotion, hair brush, razors, toothbrush/paste!) Additionally, the hotel offers free WiFi. While the hotel is centrally located to Shibuya, the Tokyo Skytree and downtown Tokyo it is about a 40 minute drive to Haneda. For me, it was an incredible, chic week at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
