My husband was picked up in Luxembourg by two boys who do not remember his name. They arrived later than expected due to traffic jam at the entrance to the city (which we knew was happening). The trip was very long and at all times the treatment was cordial. On arrival they helped me with the bags ... NO COMPLAINT With the service. THANKS.
