I was so disappointed when I called their customer...

I was so disappointed when I called their customer service about my subscription. The lady who took my call, her name is Janell, doesn t even bother to make sure the problem was addressed before hanging up. She kept saying Thank you for calling Architectural Digest Thank you for calling Architectural Digest without checking. I love the magazine but I am just too sad to call their customer service again when I have problem. I prob should just terminate my subscription when it end. Great magazine but pool customer service! very disappointed!
