Horrible customer service. Tech left without recon...

Horrible customer service. Tech left without reconnecting our pool pump or even letting us know he was leaving! He wouldn't even answer when we called the number he used to contact us before showing up. Then we called the office and they hung up on my husband. He called back and the manager was conveniently out of the office. Bunch of bs.

UPDATE:
After posting my review, we received a call and the rep seemed to just make excuse after excuse. When the tech came out, he stated it was struck by lightning. This made it so that the claim was not going to be covered by the home warranty. This was the reasoning we were given for it not getting reconnected. It didn't really make sense because there was power going to the pump, you could hear it, and the plastic wiring was all fine, not melted.

Our home warranty allowed for us to have a second opinion. This new rep from Clear Blue Pool Supply says that there is NO indication that it was struck by lightning and HE WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO FIX IT AND GOT IT WORKING. There was a missing part, however, and that was there before the Gary pools tech came out. Maybe it's a coincidence...maybe.
