The worst service I got and the charges submitted ...

The worst service I got and the charges submitted by Zap are outrageous.$1400. for a trip less than a mile. I could have gotten other modes of transportation for 90% less of the submitted charges. Now that the insurance paid only the in network cost Zap wants me to pay the remainder of what the insurance did not cover. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
