Be careful when staying here. We used to go every year because of the wonderful service ah-making view BUT for my daughters birthday we decided to stay here and in an unfortunate turn of events our neighbors felt threatened by us because we were speaking a foreign language. Our neighbor decided to attack one of my guests verbally and then physically then the hotel security showed and after separating the ladies preceded to call the actual cops who then kicked out our guests. Attempted to kick ME out(I provided evidence that my guests were all paid for and that the room was under my name)and attempted to arrest my brother, but were unsuccessful because I had video evidence of my brother being compliant. Needless to say my daughters birthday was ruined because of this turn of events. The hotel staff made me delete my videos because per the manager on site: Those videos were taken in private property and you are not authorized to release them to the public or upload them. If you do we will be obligated to take legal action. The hotel staff did not want to change our rooms, but after a day had no choice but to move our neighbors because the security guard on shift informed the hotel of the harrasment our neighbors were putting us through. Just be careful if your foreign..it seems the hotel does not know how to take charge in these situations. Over $5,000 down the drain.
