This morning, I'm going to the Auchan garden center to buy a pot and some potting soil for a particular plant. I ask the seller in the outside part of the department which sends me inside. I can't find it, I ask a seller inside who tells me it's outside. Neither took two seconds to accompany me to the right place and above all to tell me which potting soil suited my plant. No sense of trade, I will henceforth go elsewhere to look for salespeople who care about the client
