On Thursday, July 7, my husband came home to find fluid (antifreeze) under my 2011 Cadillac. Moore Cadillac of Chantilly is the closest Cadillac dealer to our home in Leesburg and is listed as open till 8 pm on Thursdays. I called at 5:09, 5:11, and 5:29 and someone answered but told me to leave a message on a man who works in service. I asked that the first man please take my number and schedule an appointment and explained the situation, but he said just to leave a message. I explained I was really concerned because we had to travel to PA for our daughter s wedding and were planning on leaving on Saturday. I never got called back and wasn t getting answers calling in. We had to put off our trip a few days and had a local service center look at our Cadillac. He assured us it was fine, just extra drippage from AC and high local temperatures.

On our trip, a light came on and as soon as we got to our daughter s in PA, we called our local Cadillac dealer, who immediately took us in. With the wedding that Saturday, we were happy. They fixed the car in a day not only a bad water pump, but a broken half axle in the front, which could easily have snapped on the return trip (turnpike and higher speeds), and I could have been hurt, or worse! I wish I could count on my local dealer the way I can count on the dealer in Monroeville, PA!
