We have had $700 worth of stock sitting in limbo for 3 weeks. No one is able to tell me whats happened with it despite my repeated enquiries. I am constantly told "we are looking into it" and a result is never achieved. On asking whether I am able to make a complaint or claim the stock under insurance, I am told to contact my account manager, and no claim is possible. My account manager Paul Temby has historically been unhelpful and by his own admission is "too busy" to respond to my emails. How can you call yourselves "The People Network" if this is the kind of customer service you provide?
