Wentworth by the Sea is not the classic resort that it once was. We have stayed there many times and on our most recent visit the lady that checked us in was borderline rude with the process. Our room was like a sauna and the air conditioning unit did not function well and was extremely loud. Food was marginally at best. Despite having a great location we will not be back as there are many excellent properties just north of them along the Maine coast.
