Fraudulent. Stay away. Charged us the full $399 for the bed, and now will not acknowledge calls from us once they know a number is linked to our order. They will never pick up when we call from the phone number on the order. When we call from a new number, they pick up immediately, and upon stating the name on the order, they disconnect the call. Really... Don't waste your time here.
