is there really still someone who believes in these refunds? years ago I fell for it too and after years of waiting I lost the case, like everyone I know. to withdraw from the 'club', totally useless, I had to threaten legal action. Obviously they try to convince you to continue with the lawsuit on appeal, it is their job, but they are as talkative in these situations as they are absent when needed.
