Absolute worst customer service ever. Waited 8 hours for a technician to show up to fix our non working internet and they never showethe.. Called and spoke to customer service and they had no idea why the tech never showed.. No supervisor was available to talk to me so they scheduled a new appointment. Think I'll cancel their service and go elsewhere. Would NOT recommend them at all...
