Arrived to Lizard Island on a private yacht and tried to book a table in resort's restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary but been refused, tried to have a coffee in the bar - not allowed, asked to buy any Internet access - not possible, make your own opinion. The island is beautiful by the way.
