Very disappointed I ordered soup, it was awful.......

Very disappointed I ordered soup, it was awful.........called it some kind of veg soup?? Looked and tasted like gravy!!!! New cook? Managment needs to check in with this new cook......your place has had a good reputation, up until now!!!
