A little history.

A little history.

Three building blocks now make up the Clamart Town Hall: the old Barral Castle, the Round Tower and an old mansion.
Between 1919 and 1923, the assembly of the three buildings in return of angle, the modification of the openings and the shape of the roof, as well as the suppression of the campanile give to the Town Hall its current aspect.
Inside, the Committee Room, the Marriage Room and the Council Chamber were decorated during the twentieth century with murals classified as Historical Monuments or included in the Supplementary Inventory.
