We booked a birthday party and I was prepared to drop some bank, but I ended up taking the family somewhere else. The staff weren't warm or friendly, despite is being a quiet Wednesday at 11:30. I didn't want to spend that much money if I couldn't even get past the reception area without feeling disappointed. Invest in better employees, that would be my advice. The guy working there most seemed to be trying to talk me out of staying, and it worked. I was even willing to lose my deposit just to get out of there.
