I had a negative experience with a competitor managing company my first year of rental ownership which made me apprehensive about working with a new managing firm. But for the past 2 years I have worked with AJ Smith, my account manager at Brewer & Stratton and slowly come to recognize the quality of service they provide is a notch above the competition in AZ. Going on my 3rd year now I have had no hiccups or issues whatsoever with AJ or Brewer & Stratton. Monthly payments are on time, and AJ responds to all of my inquiries within a reasonable time. My renters are happy, and that translates to a great working relationship between myself & Brewer/Stratton. For anyone interested in a home management first, I recommend Brewer & Stratton!
