Purchased a Astron expensive watch, had it back to Seiko on 3 occasions to be repaired, each experience was the same- rude, not interested. Went back today and found that the "service" department is closed. Just a small sign on the ground as an indication. Wonder whether Japan knows of Aus management style. Pathetic.
