Very kind staff and clean amenities. My stay was pleasant but I do want to provide some guidance for future vistors. The hotel has an old section and a new section. I unfortunately booked the rooms for the old part of the hotel which are the garden view rooms and I was travelling alone and did not feel safe there as it had a very motel kind of vibe. These rooms were also outdated in look and feel. However I brought up my concern to the manager and they were able to sort me and get me a new room in the tower very quickly. I appreciated that very much and will be back to stay in the tower rooms for sure! The tower rooms are very modern and what would expect from a 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel is on the tram line. The restaurant at the hotel is also great, I would recommend visiting for a delicious meal.
