Horrible buying experience! Came in for a certain car and told the sales people I did not have a cosigner, they said ok and took the money & I got the car. A week later i came in for something completely different & was told: "We need to take the car since you're here" I was shocked and pleaded for them to let me come in tomorrow since it was near closing and I had stuff in the car. I tried to make other options work cosigner etc the following day and called over 20 times with no call back. Finally I get them on the phone the 3rd day about the cosigner and was told they couldn't get the deal to go through. (Which is fine but they could've called me back or tell me something any of the 20 times I called). I turned the car in that day & ended up getting my down payment back the following day. There is a lot in between but overall they wasted my time and I feel like any business should treat customers the same whether I have 2 million dollars or 2 dollars in my pocket & this location was unacceptable. There are only two finance individual's (Finance Manager & Patrick) and two salesman (Lou & Todd) that were very professional and nice the entire time. I found a newer and better car in the end. I love Dodge & will get another but I will not go back to this location ever or recommend.
