I had a terrible experience on two occasions with Karmel Shuttle. I prepaid transfers and had vouchers from Qantas Holidays. They claimed that they didn't have the booking etc and I would need to pay again despite having all the paperwork proving I had paid.
This was at the end of a 14 hour flight and I would have greatly appreciated some level of understanding. The person who claimed to be the manager was rude and delivered some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I had the same problem a week later when confirmeding my return transfer and again spoke to a very rude and unhelpful person. I ended up talking to the hotel concierge and booking with somebody else as I couldn't tolerate the attitude of the Karmel Shuttle Staff.
The hotel concierge commented they had had similar complaints from other hotel guests and had a poor opinion of their operation and service.
I would strongly recommend not booking with Karmel Shuttle.
